Is this an insurance?
No. Hot-Assist is a hotline of assistance services.
How do I become a Hot-Assist member?
Malaysians can subscribe to any of our membership package. Upon successful payment and approval, you are a member.
Is there an initiation or start-up fee?
A 12-months subscription fee is applicable for our membership packages.
Is membership transferable or upgradeable?
No. You would have to purchase the membership package which suits your need. Eg. If your family consists of 6 family members, you would need a Family Plan + A Single Plan.
What is the term of membership?
Hot-Assist membership which you subscribe to, will expire 12 months after it has been activated. Term continues upon renewal. An email reminder will be sent to you nearing expiry. We encourage you to renew via the email link to continue having access to our services.
What do I do after my membership is activated?
You will receive a notification email with procedures to register your cards, documents, devices, etc. Details can be registered via our editable Card Registration Form. Extra information within.
Is my card information safe?
Yes. Your necessary cards' information is stored with our partner who is PCI-DSS* & ISO 27001* compliant.
What do I get for my membership?
As a member, you are entitled to member's benefits and have access to the assistance services. At incident, call our hotline to report a card loss and/or request for assistance services (advances are repayable within 28 days). After the incident, you may claim the cost of replacements entitled to you. Please ensure all necessary information are registered accordingly. T&C Apply.
How do I interact with Hot-Assist?
We are reachable at 1800-182-468 (+603 77288 468 if you are calling from overseas). Assistance with One Call is applicable to our members. Contact Us. Note : It is your due diligence to update own information (if differs from registration) for the duration of the membership.
Can Hot-Assist perform work in languages other than English?
Yes. We are able to communicate in BM and Mandarin as well.

i) The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a proprietary information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card schemes including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. It is to increase controls around cardholder data to reduce credit card fraud.
